2015 Brain Expo Educational Event is presented by Enfagrow A+ and organized by Mead Johnson Nutrition (M) Sdn. Bhd. (MJN). MJN stipulates the following terms and conditions to visitors who wish to enter Brain Expo Educational Event at Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre (KLCC). Only visitor(s) who agree to these terms and conditions will be allowed to enter the Brain Expo Educational Event at KLCC.
MJN may change these terms and conditions without prior notice. Visitors must agree in advance to follow these changes in the terms and conditions as well.
REGISTRATION & BRAIN EXPO SMART PACK
All visitors to the 2015 Brain Expo Educational Event are required to register at the Registration counter before entering the expo. Official identification (NRIC or valid identification document) may be requested during registration. Any personal information collected is subject to our privacy notice which you will need to acknowledge.
Each child age above 1 to 12 years old are entitled to ONE (1) Brain Expo Smart Pack ONLY throughout the 4 days event. Brain Expo Smart Pack is given only to children present during the event, while stocks last.
PRE-REGISTRATION
Quick access lane is only for visitors who have pre-registered online (via www.brainexpo.com.my) and will be required to show official identification (NRIC or valid identification document) for verification of registration before entering the expo.
The first 2,000 pre-registrants will each receive one exclusive early bird gift. Early bird gift must be collected by the pre-registrant at the registration counter for quick access lane during the event. Pre-registrants who are unable to attend the event will not be entitled to the early bird gift.
Pre-registration is only valid until 7th May 2015.
OPERATING HOURS
2015 Brain Expo Educational Event is open on the following hours:
May 8 - 10: 9.30am - 10pm
May 11: 9.30am - 7pm
Opening hours are subject to change without prior notice
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
Admission is FREE
Admission is open for both adults and children.
All children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult or guardian at all times while at the Brain Expo Educational Event.
The management and staff of MJN reserve the right to refuse admission and/or remove from Brain Expo Educational Event any person failing to comply with the Terms and Conditions.
Official identification may be requested at the point of entry or at any time during the visit to Brain Expo Educational Event.
The staff of MJN reserves the right to conduct searches on Visitors’ bags upon entrance into Brain Expo Educational Event.
The Management reserves the right to deny admission into Brain Expo Educational Event once it reaches its maximum Visitors capacity.
In the event of any emergency procedures, all visitors must follow the instructions given by the management and staff of MJN.
PROHIBITIONS
The management reserves the right to alter any terms and conditions without prior notice.
Any persons that disrupt the harmony and peace of Brain Expo Educational Event will be requested to leave the premise.
No pets are allowed in Brain Expo Educational Event.
No outside food and beverages are allowed inside Brain Expo Educational Event.
Commercial photography and filming is strictly prohibited inside Brain Expo Educational Event.
Theft or loss of personal belonging is at the visitors’ risk.
Drugs and weapons are strictly prohibited.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in Brain Expo Educational Event.
Visitors are not permitted to sell any goods, services or any other matter capable of being sold within Brain Expo Educational Event.
PRIVACY NOTE
The Personal Data provided in this form (including without limitation you and where applicable, your child's identification, contact details and/or physical condition and other personal data obtained hereafter) [collectively referred to as "Personal Data"], may be recorded, stored or otherwise processed by Mead Johnson Nutrition (M) Sdn Bhd. ("MJN") for the purposes relating to Brain Expo event, including without limitation for the organisation and provision of pre-registration for quick access on event day and getting a Free Brain Expo Smart pack.
MJN wishes to inform you that your Personal Data may be disclosed to MJN's Affiliates which may be located outside of Malaysia and third parties for reasons relating to the Purpose. You may request for access to or correction of the Personal Data or limit the processing of the Personal Data at any time thereafter by submitting such request to MJN via www.enfagrow.com.my. Any inquiries or complaints with respect to the Personal Data should be channeled to MJN in this manner.
Please note that it will be necessary for us to process the Personal Data for the Purpose, without which we may not be able to accept and/or process your pre-registration for the Brain Expo event on 8-11 May 2015.
