All ratings, reviews, comments and other material you submit ("Content"),  are subject to these guidelines and to the terms set forth in our  Terms of Use which are expressly incorporated herein.

We reserve the right, not the obligation, to publish your reviews on http://www.enfagrow.com.my and other online properties of Mead Johnson Nutrition (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (Mead Johnson Nutrition Malaysia).

Content and submissions that do not follow our review/moderation guidelines will not be posted.

You must be over 18 in order to submit a review on http://www.enfagrow.com.my.

You acknowledge that you, not Mead Johnson Nutrition Malaysia, are responsible for your submission.

None of the content that you submit shall be subject to any obligation of confidence on the part of Mead Johnson Nutrition Malaysia, its agents, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners or third party service providers and their respective directors, officers and employees.

Our goal is to provide substantive commentary for members to post their thoughts and opinions regarding Mead Johnson Nutrition Malaysia's products* and services.  However, any opinions, comments, reviews, advice, statements, or other information or content expressed or made available by third parties are those of the third party and not of Mead Johnson Nutrition Malaysia. Mead Johnson Nutrition Malaysia makes no representations as to the accuracy or reliability of such user content.

h.

Reviews are typically posted faster during business hours. Moderation can be less frequent in the evening and on weekends. The turnaround time for a comment to be posted will be within 1-2 working days.

i.

1. (a) is defamatory, abusive, harassing, threatening, or an invasion of a right of privacy of another person; (b) is bigoted, hateful, or racially or otherwise offensive; (c) is violent, vulgar, obscene, pornographic or otherwise sexually explicit; or (d) otherwise harms or can reasonably be expected to harm any person or entity;
2. Infringes or violates the guidelines set out in the Malaysian Code of Ethics for the Marketing of Infant Foods and Related Products, we will not publish any reviews which has reference to designated products and child that is 0-12 months old.
3. is illegal or encourages or advocates illegal activity or the discussion of illegal activities with the intent to commit them, including a submission that is, or represents an attempt to engage in, child pornography, stalking, sexual assault, fraud, trafficking in obscene or stolen material, drug dealing and/or drug abuse, harassment, theft, or conspiracy to commit any criminal activity;
4. infringes or violates any right of a third party including: (a) copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary or contractual rights; (b) right of privacy (specifically, you must not distribute another person's personal information of any kind without their express permission) or publicity; or (c) any confidentiality obligation;
5. is commercial, business-related or advertises or offers to sell any products, services or otherwise (whether or not for profit), or solicits others (including solicitations for contributions or donations);
6. contains a virus or other harmful component, or otherwise tampers with, impairs or damages http://www.enfagrow.com.my or any connected network, or otherwise interferes with any person or entity's use or enjoyment of http://www.enfagrow.com.my; or
7. is antisocial, disruptive, or destructive, including "flaming," "spamming," "flooding," "trolling," and "griefing" as those terms are commonly understood and used on the Internet.
8. We reserve the right to delete in whole, or in part, any posting that in our discretion violates any of the above provisions.
9. We reserve the right to edit comments for clarity, spelling, grammar and punctuation.

We reserve the right to modify these Ratings and Reviews Guidelines at any time. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the ratings and reviews platform at any time.

k.

We reserve the right to remove, condense or edit any reviews after publishing that we deem, in our sole discretion, may violate these Review and Moderation Guidelines or any provision of the Terms of Use.

You understand that you may not have any recourse through Mead Johnson Nutrition Malaysia to edit or delete any content you provide.

m.

1. that you warrant and represent that you have obtained releases for all IP content to be used by Mead Johnson Nutrition Malaysia on http://www.enfagrow.com.my. All such releases shall run to Mead Johnson Nutrition Malaysia, its agents and employees where appropriate and customary; and
2. By providing IP content to Mead Johnson Nutrition Malaysia, you agree to provide Mead Johnson Nutrition Malaysia with a non-exclusive, transferrable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, in any medium, any IP content that you post on or in your review.
